Overview

As a member of the Producer Experience team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions that supports client’s Sales Platform. You’ll join a team of backend engineers to solve challenging problems in a collaborative and rewarding environment.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Significant professional Java experience. (Minimum of 5 years)
• Experience with Spring Boot (2+ years)
• Experience building or integrating with REST APIs (Microservices)
• Experience with Front End development and microfrontend (React)
• Experience with the automated build process, unit testing, and source code analysis tools
• Focused, dependable, detail-oriented, and completes tasks quickly and thoroughly
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Excellent communication skills in English Language

Ideal candidates also have

• Experience with automated build processes (Jenkins is a plus).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL datastores and triggers, including but not limited to, MSSQL, Postgres, MySQL
• Experience using cloud platforms and/or containerized application deployments, especially Azure and Kubernetes.

• You will be reporting directly to our client’s Management team and working along with the internal development team.

• Use modern Java patterns and frameworks (SpringBoot) to build and test APIs with the support of your squad.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Senior Engineers, and vendor integration teams to build feature-rich RESTful experiences.
• Define key metrics to measure and find ways to optimize the performance of applications.
• Participate in peer programming and code reviews to improve your quality of code and those on your squad.
• Document and share your design decisions with your squad to identify any potential improvements.
