In this role, you’ll play a key part in modernizing and scaling internal and external platforms. You will work closely with technology leaders and cross-regional teams to transform complex requirements into robust, scalable, full-stack solutions. You\'ll guide architectural decisions, mentor other engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready software that supports our mission to enable seamless cross-border payments.

Location Requirement

This position is open only to candidates residing in Argentina. Applicants from other countries will not be considered.

What to Expect in This Role + Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end feature development across frontend and backend
• Participate in system design and architectural decisions for scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, DevOps) to align on goals
• Ensure performance, security, and quality in every layer of the application
• Promote clean, maintainable code and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• 4+ years of experience using Java
• Proficiency with JavaScript and frontend frameworks such as React
• Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
• Comfortable working in agile teams and collaborating across time zones

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Knowledge in Goglang
• Experience with modern frontend stacks (e.g.,Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS)
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience contributing to platform engineering or internal tooling
• Interest or experience in working with AI/LLMs, automation, or observability tools
