Descripción del empleo

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on Python-based back-end services;
• Build and optimize React-based front-end components;
• Integrate and optimize workflows with AI-assisted coding tools (LLMs, code agents, etc.);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions;
• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment;
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI-enhanced development.

Must haves

• 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, with a focus on Python back-end services;
• Solid knowledge of React for front-end development;
• Experience in LLM-assisted development environments (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or any other);
• Proficiency with REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best software engineering practices;
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

• Background in AI/ML concepts or experience integrating AI services;
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
