Overview

Full Stack Developer, Gen AI with a focus on building and integrating GenAI and agentic workflows. This role advances or devises new products, components, systems, and technologies to enhance organizational offerings, and involves creating and overseeing strategic plans and budgets for product development.

Main responsibilities

• Build front-end (React/TypeScript/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js/Python/FastAPI) layers that integrate GenAI and agentic workflows.
• Design and develop robust, scalable APIs to support GenAI-powered interactions, agent communication, and real-time data processing.
• Create UIs for agents with dynamic tool access, reasoning flows and autonomous behavior.
• Integrate LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI, Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Services, Hugging Face, and vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate).
• Design real-time APIs (REST & GraphQL) for agent interaction, tool execution and memory handling with low latency.
• Deploy, monitor and scale services with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with AI researchers on multi-agent orchestration experiments.

Key qualifications and experiences

Mandatory

• 7+ years in full-stack development with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
• Generative AI using cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Fluent English.
• TypeScript / Next.js; React; Python; FastAPI.
• Open sourcing frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Node.js; Docker; Kubernetes; Cloud-native DevOps.
• Agentic orchestration; Prompt chaining & latency tuning.
• Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate).
• GraphQL APIs.
