Job summary

Assurant is seeking a FP&A-oriented student in Argentina to assist the head of FP&A with short and long-term planning cycles, budgeting, and variance analysis. The role emphasizes improving financial modeling and processes within GCC Enterprise financial operations.

You will help with budget control, PO approvals, KPI monitoring, and collaboration across departments. Strong English and MS Office skills are required, with Power BI knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accountancy with at least 50% coursework completed.
• Experience in planning, forecasting, or similar roles; experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Budget control and PO approval (40%).
• Prepare and monitor KPIs (20%).
• Forecast and project Income Statement, Expenses, and Cash Flow (15%).
• Analyze variances versus budget and prior years.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR and other teams (10%).
• Drive process improvements (10%).
• Support development and implementation of improvement proposals.
