FinStrat Management, a fractional CFO firm serving venture-backed startups, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own financial models and reporting for a portfolio of clients. You will drive AI-enhanced analysis, build live Excel models, and lead dashboards, with a clear migration path to AWS QuickSight as the long-term BI platform.

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in FP&A or related field.
• Proven ability to build financial models from scratch in Excel.
• Comfort with AI tools (Claude) as part of modelling workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Own financial model and reporting cadence for a portfolio of clients.
• Build and maintain standardized live Excel models.
• Review and lead model changes, using AI to speed analysis and reporting.
• Produce dashboards and support client migrations to AWS QuickSight.
• Deliver actuals vs budget vs forecast with CFO-ready narrative.
• Partner with CFOs and client leaders as trusted advisor.
• Work within centralized data infrastructure (Syncari and AWS S3).
• Continuously improve technical skills to serve clients.
• Manage multiple clients with strong prioritization.
