ExxonMobil is seeking a Trading Support Specialist to help ensure precise trade capture and clean data entry for daily workflows. The role requires coordinating with front-office, operations, and back-office teams and providing system guidance to traders and analysts.

The candidate will act as a data quality steward, resolve contract and settlements issues, and promote best practices across trading systems. This position emphasizes data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Supports the execution of the daily trade management workflow with accurate trade capture and clean data entry.
• Acts as a key enabler of front-office efficiency by maintaining data integrity and coordinating with teams.
• Provides system expertise to traders and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Support trade capture only for internal, affiliate, and statistical trades, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the trading system
• Validate and update trade details to ensure clean data entry proactively identify and resolve root causes of data quality issues
• Act as the primary contact for resolving issues related to contracts, settlements, scheduling, and ticketing
• Ensure master data integrity by coordinating with data, analytics, and systems teams to maintain accurate setup in the trading system
• Serve as a Power User of trading systems, providing coaching and support to front-office users and promoting best practices
• Coordinate and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the work team to ensure transparency and continuous improvement

Job Role Description
