Job summary

Exxon Mobil is seeking a Data Entry and Trade Support specialist to ensure accurate capture of daily trades, maintain data integrity, and resolve trade issues across front-office and back-office teams. You will act as a Power User of trading systems, coordinate with data, analytics and systems teams, and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement in trading operations.

This role emphasizes data quality and issue resolution across the workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in data entry and trade support in a trading environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support trade capture for internal, affiliate, and statistical trades with timely, accurate entry.
• Validate and update trade details to ensure clean data; proactively resolve data quality issues.
• Serve as primary contact for contracts, settlements, scheduling, and ticketing issues.
• Coordinate with data analytics and systems teams to maintain master data in the trading system.
• Act as a Power User of trading systems, coaching front-office users and promoting best practices.
• Coordinate and report on KPIs to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
