Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Manager to expand LATAM affiliate partnerships for an international iGaming client. You will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, while negotiating CPA/RevShare deals and optimizing campaigns with marketing and analytics teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in affiliate management, a strong LATAM network, and proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred. This is a fully remote role with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Affiliate Management, ideally in iGaming or performance marketing.
• Solid LATAM market experience and network of affiliates.
• Strong understanding of affiliate models and KPIs.
• Experience with NetRefer, Affilka, or MyAffiliates platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; English required; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Manager

As part of a growing international project within the iGaming industry, we are looking for a Affiliate Manager to help expand and strengthen affiliate partnerships across Latin America.

The Opportunity

Affiliate partnerships play a key role in driving growth across digital products and platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate relationships across LATAM, working closely with internal teams to ensure performance, quality traffic, and sustainable long-term growth.

This position is ideal for someone who already understands the affiliate ecosystem in Latin America, has experience working with performance-based partnerships, and enjoys developing strategic relationships with affiliates and media partners.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets

What we’re looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally within iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing environments
• Solid experience working with LATAM markets
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners)
• Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools
• Ability to manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive performance-based growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Spanish or Portuguese as native language is highly preferred
