The role requires 0-2 years in retail, 21+ age, and will involve merchandising, product demonstrations, and assisting with seasonal floor moves at the gun counter.

Qualifikationen

• Firearm and ammunition knowledge required.
• ATF federal and state regulations knowledge.
• Customer service and sales in firearms and ammunition.
• GCA compliance knowledge.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers by identifying needs and making product recommendations.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Demonstrate firearms and ammunition to customers.
• Organize and stock firearm counter merchandise and signage.
• Replenish shelves and maintain merchandise per guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and pricing accuracy.
• Comply with all company policies and perform other duties.
