• 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with leadership experience.

Requirements

• Education: Public Accountant or business related bachelor degree
• 4+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably with some leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge in financial analysis and reporting
• Skills in budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to develop business plans and forecasts
• English advanced level (C1) – both oral & written
• Proficiency in Excel
• SAP4HANA and experience with data visualization tools are a plus
• Ability to coach and develop finance team members
• Skills in influencing leadership decisions
• Experience in cross-functional projects
