Job summary

Priority1 is hiring for a Collections/Customer Service role in Argentina. You will contact customers about payment status, reconcile invoices each morning, and share aging reports with sales teams to ensure timely collections.

The position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure conversations with large clients, while offering comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding payment status and document updates in Collections System.
• Perform invoice reconciliation each morning.
• Distribute weekly aging reports to sales teams.
• Conduct monthly meetings with sales to review high-risk accounts.
• Research invoice discrepancies and unapplied payments.
• Process credit card payments and issue credits as needed.

• Contact customers regarding payment status and document updates in Collections System.
• Responsible for invoice reconciliation process each morning.
• Distribute weekly aging reports to our sales teams.
• Conduct monthly meeting with sales organization to review high risk accounts.
• Researches invoice discrepancies and unapplied checks.
• Processes credit card payments and any necessary credits on a customer’s account.

Qualifications

• Previous Collections/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Skilled in both verbal and written communication
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Capable of identifying customer needs and maintain and support a customer service philosophy
• Ability to use decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems in a variety of contexts in a fast paced environment.
• Has talent to exercise good judgment.
• Knack for adapting to constant changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities
• Ability to have difficult conversations with large customers
• Education: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.

* Compensation

• $17-$20 per hour, plus monthly bonuses

Physical Requirements:

Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email.
