Assurant is seeking a Finance Systems & Transformation Analyst to support the regional migration across LATAM. You will bridge Finance and IT to advance strategic transformation initiatives and drive data-centric improvements.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders, analyze financial data, support Oracle GFS migration, and contribute to standardization and testing in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with financial processes and systems.
• Exposure to ERP implementations or system migrations (Oracle or SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• English communication skills sufficient to work with global teams.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or large-volume data analysis is a plus.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced transformation environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the migration of Finance processes and data to Oracle GFS.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders across LATAM.
• Analyze and validate financial data, processes, and system requirements.
• Participate in data cleanup, testing, issue resolution, and process standardization activities.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and other Finance teams.
