Vintti in Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks a Financial Systems Consultant (Product Ambassador) to join the Customer Success team. The role focuses on training clients, explaining FP&A concepts, and maximizing platform value.

The ideal candidate has a strong finance background, excellent communication, and a passion for building lasting client relationships with a SaaS product.

Formación

• 3+ years of FP&A, financial planning, or related roles.
• Experience working in client-facing positions or with business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable leading workshops and customer meetings.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B software environments (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations to help customers adopt platform features.
• Act as the go-to finance and product expert for customers, answering questions and providing best-practice guidance.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term product adoption.
• Build relationships with Finance leaders, including CFOs and FP&A teams, as trusted advisors.
• Explain financial concepts and platform capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support onboarding by ensuring new client representatives understand the platform value.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product and CS teams to improve the experience.
• Help customers maximize value through ongoing education and enablement.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Financial Systems Consultant (internally known as Product Ambassador) to join our Customer Success team.

This is an ideal opportunity for finance professionals who enjoy working directly with customers, delivering training, explaining financial concepts, and helping clients maximize the value of our FP&A platform. You will become a trusted advisor to customers after implementation, ensuring they successfully adopt new features, understand best practices, and get the most out of the platform.

The ideal candidate combines a strong finance background with exceptional communication skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations to help customers adopt new platform features.


• Act as the go-to finance and product expert for customers, answering questions and providing best-practice guidance.


• Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term product adoption.


• Build relationships with Finance leaders, including CFOs and FP&A teams, becoming their trusted advisor throughout their customer journey.


• Explain financial concepts and platform capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Support customer onboarding by ensuring new client representatives understand the value and functionality of the platform.


• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the customer experience.


• Help customers maximize the value of the software through ongoing education and enablement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Consulting, or similar finance-related roles.


• Experience working in client-facing positions or collaborating directly with customers and business stakeholders.


• Strong understanding of financial planning.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.


• Advanced or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).


• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, engaging, and customer-friendly manner.


• Comfortable leading workshops, training sessions, and customer meetings.


• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with FP&A or EPM software such as Abacum, Anaplan, Pigment, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, Board, Jedox, Vena, or similar platforms.


• Previous experience in SaaS or B2B software environments.


• Experience supporting software adoption, customer enablement, or product education.


• Background in strategic consulting or finance transformation projects.
