The role emphasizes mentorship, process optimization, and robust financial reporting. You will collaborate with operations and cross-border teams, leveraging AI to boost productivity in daily work.

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and developing teams, especially junior profiles.
• Strong mentoring and ability to explain complex financial topics clearly.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management across seniority levels.
