Betty is expanding operations in LATAM and seeks a Finance Manager to establish and lead the financial strategy, operations, and governance of the new entity. The role covers end-to-end finance from scratch, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and partner relations.

You will build robust financial systems, drive performance analyses, and support strategic investments as the team scales in Argentina and the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• English advanced / fluent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, ideally with exposure to startup or fast-growth environments.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational ability and proactive mindset.
• Experience setting up and managing financial systems and controls from scratch.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting from scratch.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
• Support the management team in evaluating new investments, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Set up and manage accounting systems and reporting structures suitable for a growing organization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, vendors, and other financial partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline financial operations.
