You will balance controllership with forward‑looking strategy, coordinating with local leadership and US headquarters to drive profitability and compliance.

The role demands executive presence, cross‑functional influence, and the ability to navigate Argentina’s macroeconomic volatility while ensuring robust financial governance.

Competenze

• 10+ years progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years in senior finance leadership in US-owned multinational.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin; CPA/MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for executive reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead consolidation under US GAAP and local GAAP/IFRS for Argentina.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, tax compliance, and treasury.
• Manage procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes with accuracy.
• Partner with GM, exec team, and US HQ to shape multi-year plans.
• Own AOP process and rolling monthly forecasts.
• Provide P&L insights, margin analysis, and cost optimization.
