Delver Agents LLC in Argentina is seeking a Finance Director to act as financial steward and strategic business partner for a fast‑growth market. You will balance rigorous controllership with forward‑looking financial strategy, working with local leadership and US headquarters to drive profitability and compliance.

You will lead accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering with commercial and marketing to maximize ROI while navigating Argentina's

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role within a US-owned multinational organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Mansioni

• Own governance and ensure compliance across US GAAP and Local GAAP/IFRS.
• Lead consolidated financial statements, and oversight of external audits and local tax filings.
• Manage treasury, cash management, and currency risk mitigation in a volatile macroeconomic environment.
• Oversee procure-to-pay and order-to-cash transaction cycles for accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with General Manager, senior leadership, and US headquarters on multi-year financial roadmaps.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts reflecting market conditions.
• Provide commercial and marketing ROI analysis to drive growth opportunities.
• Perform deep-dive P&L variance analyses to identify risks and drive margin improvements.
