Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to dive into complex databases, design scalable data solutions, and support regulatory reporting.

You will work closely with product and operations to reveal insights, build robust data models, and ensure accuracy and compliance across reporting processes. The role requires strong SQL, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with data architecture and ETL pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data-driven solutions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Solid SQL skills and an understanding of complex data systems.
• Experience with data architecture, ETL design, and pipelines.
• The ability to adjust data to strict regulatory specifications efficiently.
• Great collaboration skills to work with reporting managers and cross-functional teams.
• To be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to deliver under tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting.
• Helping Product and Operations teams gain insights into customer behaviour.
• Translating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions.
• Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality.
• Working with Regulatory Reporting Managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs.
• Monitoring and improving data reliability, applying impeccable attention to detail.
• Setting up local regulatory reporting processes.
