We require a degree in Accounting or Business Administration, 5+ years in similar roles within multinational manufacturing, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and SAP experience. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in a multinational manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and database skills; SAP experience highly preferred.
• Ability to manage time and workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate reporting of group and local financial results.
• Control fixed costs and analyze variances.
• Develop and record annual and partial inventories.
• Analyze variable production costs (materials and labor).
• Maintain financial records and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Support operations with process improvements.
• Lead and guide the team to meet targets and adapt to changes.
