Prysmian recruits a Controlling & Reporting Manager for the La Rosa plant in Mataderos, Buenos Aires. You will lead timely financial reporting and cost analyses, manage inventories, and enforce strong accounting controls while supporting process improvements across functions.

The role requires a degree in Accounting or Business Administration, 5+ years of multinational experience, advanced Excel, ERP/SAP proficiency, and excellent English.

Formación

• University degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing setting.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and database skills; experience with standard ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Ability to manage time, plan and meet deadlines; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Timely and accurate reporting of group and local financial accounting results.
• Control fixed costs and analysis.
• Develop, organize and record annual and partial inventory.
• Analyze variable production costs (raw material and labor).
• Maintain financial accounting records and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Support operational functions with process improvements.
• Lead and guide the team to achieve targets; model leadership and adapt to change.
