Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist to support LWD/DD services at the well site in Argentina. You will analyze data, operate drilling tools, and collaborate with the Directional Drilling team to deliver efficient results.

The role requires 3–5 years in unconventional wells in Vaca Muerta, a engineering degree, and strong teamwork with good mechanical aptitude. English proficiency is a plus, and a flexible, safety-conscious mindset is essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in unconventional wells in Vaca Muerta.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• English level: Intermediate/Advanced (not mandatory).
• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Good mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, set up tools and connections, verify measurements and perform surface tests prior to running-in-hole (RIH).
• Execute operations per the Drilling and Logging Program.
• Confirm Rig-Down with client, rig down equipment, inspect area, close work permit and notify customer.
• Maintain professional contacts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.
