Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist for LWD/DD to support operations on unconventional wells, notably in the Vaca Muerta region. You will collaborate with the Directional Drilling team to analyze data and monitor wellsite tools and services.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in unconventional wells, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and good English; teamwork and mechanical aptitude are valued. We offer flexible work patterns and strong employee benefits.

Formación

• 3–5 years of work experience in unconventional wells (Vaca Muerta area).
• Engineering degree required.
• Intermediate/advanced English level preferred.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Good mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pre-job safety meetings and tool-up for operations.
• Perform drilling and logging program operations at the well site.
• Verify rig-down with client and clear work permits.
• Maintain professional client contacts and follow HSE standards.
