Baker Hughes in Neuquén, Argentina, invites a Field Specialist (LWD/DD) to join our team near Vaca Muerta. You will apply drilling and logging expertise on-site, coordinate with the Directional Drilling group, and contribute to safe, efficient well operations.

You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, have 3–5 years in unconventional wells, and communicate effectively in a team environment. English skills are helpful; flexibility on working patterns is available.

Formación

• Have 3-5 years of working experience in unconventional wells within the area of Vaca Muerta.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Demonstrate Intermediate / Advanced English level (not mandatory).
• Demonstrate ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, pick-up tools, make-up modular connections, verify scribeline measurement, make-up drill bit and perform surface test prior to running-in-hole (RIH).
• Perform operations as per the Drilling and Logging Program.
• Confirm Rig-Down with client, Rig Down equipment, Inspect and Clear Area, Close Work Permit and Notify Customer.
• Maintaining frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism.
• Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.
