Qualifications

• Knowledge of thermal power plant equipment and boiler auxiliary equipment repair technology.
• Knowledge of production management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Russian and basic English for reading technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of assigned work indicators in the area.
• Increase labor productivity and reduce costs.
• Observe and maintain safe working conditions per Estonia laws.
• Set daily tasks for workers per plans and monitor execution.
• Ensure proper placement and full use of working time during shifts.
• Accept works from manufacturers and hand over repaired items with paperwork.
• Create safe, production-friendly environments in line with Estonia laws.
