FieldCore is seeking an entry-level engineer for its Field Engineering Program (FEP). You will be enrolled in the program to develop technical expertise, lean thinking and leadership while gaining hands-on experience across training curricula, on-the-job learning and mentorship from senior TFA’s.

Upon graduation you will support customer sites with installation, maintenance and warranty work on rotating equipment (Gas/Steam turbines).

Formación

• University degree related to the role or 4 years of field services experience.
• 3+ years of field services or power generation equipment maintenance.
• Strong ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and perform alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, perform, coordinate the management of site activities.
• Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, repair and calibration.
• Respond to emergency repairs and service requests.
• Provide technical instruction to customer representatives on installation and maintenance.
• Prepare accurate technical reports and time/expense sheets.
• Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality and safety.
• Mentor and train other team members and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure parts are shipped to the site and support site walkthroughs.
