BairesDev is seeking a Services Specialist - Field Svc & Technical Advising to coordinate on-site service and maintenance activities at customer sites, ensuring timely delivery of resources and logistics.

You will provide technical direction for field labor during outages, expand your technical knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business drivers. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and adapts to changing field conditions.

Qualifications

• Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage.
• Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy; may include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
• Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work; participates in how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
