A human resource firm is seeking an experienced HR professional in Rosario, Argentina. The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in human relations, and knowledge of labor laws. Overview

SALARY RANGE: ₱50,000 - ₱80,000 | Depends on qualifications

WORK SCHEDULES (48 Hours Per Week)

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday | 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Wednesday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Saturdays | 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

GENDER PREFERENCE: Female

AGE PREFERENCE: 40 years old and above

AVAILABILITY: Must be able to join immediately if hired

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology (or related course in Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences)
• At least 5 years’ experience in human relations and training functions in a manufacturing firm
• Has experience in handling job evaluation compensation, manpower planning and development
• With ISO certification knowledge/experience
• With audit background (internal and/or external HR-related audits)
• Knowledge of wages, labor laws Industrial relations
• Must be well-versed in personnel management tools and techniques
• Has working knowledge of the various labor laws affecting employer-employee relationship
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
