EY is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Senior Consultant) to lead Core HR implementations in Argentina. You will work on Payroll, Absence Management & OTL, or Compensation & Benefits, with hands-on configuration, testing, and production support.

You will gather requirements, conduct workshops, design, configure, test, and deliver end-to-end solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher, collaborating with global teams and ensuring client success.

Formación

• 4 to 6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong functional configuration expertise.
• Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Knowledge of OTBI and/or BI Publisher reporting.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in testing, UAT support, and production support activities.

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant / Senior Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and at least one additional functional area: Payroll, Absence Management & OTL, or Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configuration, testing, stakeholder management, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs.
• Participate in end‑to‑end implementation projects, enhancements, and support engagements.
• Conduct functional design workshops, system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality Oracle HCM solutions.

Required Functional Expertise

Candidates must have strong experience in Core HR along with at least one of the following module combinations:

Option 1: Core HR + Payroll

• Global Payroll / Payroll Cloud (US)
• Payroll processing and configuration
• Payroll elements, balances, and costing

Option 2: Core HR + Absence Management + OTL

• Absence Management
• Leave plans and accruals
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Work schedules and time entry configuration

Option 3: Core HR + Compensation & Benefits

• Workforce Compensation
• Individual Compensation
• Total Compensation Statement
• Benefits Administration
• Open Enrollment and Life Events

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong functional configuration expertise.
• Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Knowledge of OTBI and/or BI Publisher reporting.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
