Job summary

Womentech Network is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Senior) to lead Core HR implementations and one additional module such as Payroll, Absence Management & OTL, or Compensation & Benefits. You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

This role requires 4–6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, at least two end-to-end implementations, HDL expertise, and strong reporting skills with OTBI or BI

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong functional configuration expertise.
• Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Knowledge of OTBI and/or BI Publisher reporting.

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant / Senior Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and at least one additional functional area: Payroll, Absence Management & OTL, or Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configuration, testing, stakeholder management, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs.
