Job summary

PwC Argentina is seeking an External Audit Trainee to support audit and assurance teams within our Audit and Assurance practice. You will learn by observing professionals, participate in projects, and help gather information to evaluate financial statements and internal controls.

This internship offers hands-on learning, exposure to a diverse client portfolio in Banking and Capital Markets, and opportunities to grow your professional brand.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Public Accountant or Business Administration with at least 60% of University Degree completed.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting audit and assurance engagements by preparing basic workpapers and organizing source documentation.
• Assisting with testing of internal controls, compliance requirements, and financial statement support under supervision.
• Gathering information from client records, interviews, and system reports to identify patterns and variances.
• Documenting findings clearly and maintaining organized files for review and follow-up.
• Helping to prepare deliverables, summaries, and status updates for engagement teams.
• Applying auditing standards, internal control concepts, and regulatory requirements to assigned tasks.
• Using audit documentation tools and digital platforms to record procedures and track assigned work.
• Participating in team discussions, asking questions, and learning from feedback to build professional skills.
• Understand the importance of have a correct information management
