Job summary

PwC Buenos Aires is looking for an External Audit Trainee to support audit teams by gathering information, reviewing documentation, and contributing to work that evaluates financial statements and internal controls. Qualifications

• Pursuing university degree with at least 60% completion.
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
• Willingness to learn auditing concepts and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supporting audit engagements by preparing basic workpapers and organizing source documentation.
• Assisting with testing of internal controls and financial statement support under supervision.
• Gathering information from client records and system reports to identify patterns.
• Documenting findings clearly and maintaining organized files for review.
• Helping prepare deliverables, summaries, and status updates for engagement teams.
• Applying auditing standards and regulatory requirements to tasks.
• Using audit tools to record procedures and track assigned work.
• Learning from feedback and building professional skills.
