Formación

As our Expert Talent Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for three key moments in the expert journey: Hiring, Onboarding, and Offboarding. You’ll be responsible for running processes that feel smooth, clear, and human — while also spotting opportunities to make them better every day.

This isn’t just about operations — it’s about creating experiences that feel professional and relational, helping people feel supported from their first hello to their last goodbye.

What You'll Be Doing -Key Responsibilities

Hiring

  • Interview candidates and assess if they are a good fit for OurRitual.

  • Jump in at different stages of the process to ensure candidates move along.

  • Update team on a weekly basis and share important highlights.

  • Create monthly hiring reports.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.

  • Keep things aligned with the company’s priorities and goals.

Onboarding

  • Act as the main point of contact for new experts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Follow up with onboarding experts to make sure they complete the process in a timely manner.

  • Hold weekly meetings with the team to share important updates.

  • Run an onboarding program that helps new experts feel welcomed, engaged, and productive quickly.

  • Make sure the process is consistent and reflects OurRitual’s culture.

  • Continuously refine it to shorten ramp-up time and strengthen engagement.

Offboarding

  • Oversee the offboarding process, maintaining visibility of all departing experts and ensuring that each step is completed accurately and on time.

  • Take ownership of the offboarding process, making sure no step is overlooked and that all activities are completed correctly, on time, and in alignment with company standards.

  • Collect feedback and insights to keep improving the full employee lifecycle.

General

  • Serve as the main point of contact and coordinator for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring each process runs smoothly and on time.

  • Spot gaps and propose improvements.

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Keep documentation and best practices fresh and up to date.

  • Use data insights to track progress, measure effectiveness, and guide improvements and decisions.

What You Bring to the Table - Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Talent Management, HR, or related fields.

  • Experience interviewing and assessing candidates, with the ability and willingness to manage a high monthly interview volume.

  • Strong expertise in designing and improving people processes.

  • Background in therapy, counseling,coaching or similar fields where people are supported in their growth.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking.

  • Ownership mindset and commitment to process effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Fluency in English
