Job summary

At BairesDev, we are seeking an Executive Headhunter to identify, attract, and assess top senior-level leaders for our clients worldwide. You will design targeted search strategies, conduct in-depth interviews, and guide offers and negotiations to secure placements that meet expectations.

This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and a global, multicultural team. You will stay current on market trends and develop robust search strategies to place leaders who drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment, preferably executive search.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field.
• Experience recruiting US candidates and commercial openings.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
• Design and execute customized search strategies to identify high-caliber talent for executive or senior-level roles.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, to ensure a smooth placement that meets both client and candidate expectations.
• Proactively identify and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, market research, and digital platforms.
