Job summary

Delivery Hero is seeking an Executive Director of Site Reliability Engineering (Network Domain) & Argentina Site Lead in Buenos Aires. This role owns reliability across a major network product domain, leads SRE teams, and partners with engineering and automation groups to deliver robust, scalable platforms.

The position requires a track record of SRE leadership, strong observability, and experience applying AI in production contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure, production, or reliability engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of SLI/SLO/error-budget practice, incident leadership, and toil reduction.
• Code-first engineering approach with strong software judgment.
• Deep observability and telemetry expertise, with SLO-based alerting.
• Experience adopting agentic AI in production engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability outcomes for a major product domain within the network estate.
• Define and drive SLOs, backlog prioritisation, and post-incident reviews.
• Lead SREs embedded in the domain and align with global SRE standards.
• Collaborate with domain engineers, NR R, product engineering, and automation teams.
• Represent Argentina region in governance forums and drive site strategy.
