Attention Rosario! We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a leading company in the grain trading sector.

Rosario, Santa Fe (On-site)

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary organizational support for the company's directors, anticipating needs and managing their schedules
  • Manage the executive calendar with precision, ensuring optimal use of the directors' time and anticipating requirements in advance
  • Coordinate executive travel and institutional events, handling every logistical detail from transportation to bookings
  • Organize management meetings, coordinating schedules, meeting rooms, breaks, and supporting materials
  • Provide administrative support, including expense reporting, training follow-ups, collection of signatures, and executive procedures
  • Quickly resolve daily unforeseen issues, always prioritizing operational efficiency and the well-being of the executive team
  • Ensure the smooth execution of internal events, corporate trips, meetings, and presentations, contributing to both planning and implementation
  • Handle personal or institutional errands on behalf of the directors
Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive professional with strong attention to detail, self-management skills, and effective communication abilities.

  • Mandatory:
    • Valid driver's license
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
    • Advanced level of English
    • Strong time-management skills and ability to handle unexpected situations
    • Negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex situations
    • Basic administrative knowledge
  • Preferred:
    • University studies or degree in Public Relations, Executive Secretariat, English Translation, or English Teaching
    • Proven experience in organizing events, trips, and transfers
    • Intermediate level of Portuguese
