Responsibilities

• Process hotel bookings across partner platforms with precision.
• Upload and organize all reservation documents within itineraries.
• Verify pricing, taxes, and inclusions on proformas.
• Coordinate with Concierge and Accounting to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Manage itinerary updates and vendor communications to prevent errors.
• Identify opportunities for promotions or added amenities with partners.
