Responsibilities

• Break/Fix and Hardware Maintenance: identify opportunities to work with servers and main hardware; guide junior techs on power distribution units and replacement hardware.
• Network Configuration, Installation, and Augmentation: instruct on implementing network configurations; validate cabling and connectivity, ensure devices are connected and error-free.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: monitor and assign work in ticketing systems; mentor juniors; implement solutions within SLAs; document steps taken.
• Safety, Security, Compliance, and Documentation: ensure SOP/MOP adherence; maintain site rules and vendor requirements; follow health and safety guidelines on-site.
• Continuous Improvement: train on fix/repair techniques; identify recurring issues; engage senior peers and global teams for resolutions.
• Collaboration, Vendor Relations, and Leadership: coordinate with project teams and partners; ensure contractors meet SLAs; contribute to QA and training.
• Core Responsibilities - Planning & Execution: complete complex tasks with limited instructions; advise on prioritization.
• Collaboration & Partnership: lead cross-team delivery; align with stakeholder and customer needs.
• Problem Solving: develop procedures to resolve routine and complex issues; collect data to troubleshoot.
• Continuous Learning: stay updated with trends; seek feedback and training to improve skills.
