Job summary

The Walt Disney Company LATAM Argentina is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (ERP/EPM) to own the integration and systems connectivity layer for Disney's AI-powered financial platform, D-Fi. You will architect production-grade middleware, design retry and audit-friendly flows, and implement the write-back to SAP/EPM and related systems.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of software engineering experience with deep enterprise systems integration expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree optional.
• Advanced level of English is required.
• Experience integrating with ERP/EPM platforms (SAP, Oracle EPM/Cognos, or similar).
• Strong track record designing reliable, auditable middleware and data integration.
• Experience with retries, reconciliation, and error handling across multi-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own integration and systems connectivity. Build and maintain API integrations against SAP, EPM, procurement systems, and internal APIs.
• Own the EPM write-back integration to reflect approved forecast changes in the system of record.
• Own notification and alerting integrations with Teams and email interfaces.
• Design for reliability and auditability; create traceable data movement records.
• Own error handling for cross-system workflows with retry and reconciliation strategies.
