Assurant is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives that align with strategic objectives and enterprise transformation efforts. You will plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executives.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience leading large, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and change controls.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in a PMO environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise PM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale cross-functional projects from initiation to implementation and transition.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success measures.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, vendors, and third parties.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; monitor health and budgets.
• Provide executive status updates and stakeholder alignment.
