Responsabilidades

• Lead Complex Enterprise Initiatives
• Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, success measures, and implementation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, compliance requirements, audit controls, security policies, and project management methodologies.
• Executive Communication and Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Facilitate project governance reviews, steering committees, status meetings, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Provide clear, concise communication of project status, risks, accomplishments, decisions, and recommendations.
• Influence decision‑making and drive stakeholder alignment to support business objectives.

Position Summary

Assurant is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives that support strategic business objectives and enterprise transformation efforts. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and delivering enterprise projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters. This role partners closely with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic outcomes while applying strong leadership, governance, and project management discipline. The ideal candidate is an accomplished project leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at stakeholder management, and has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs that drive meaningful business value.

What You’ll Do

• Experience using Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms.
• Experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees.
• Financial services, insurance, fintech, or shared services experience preferred.
