DataCamp is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own enterprise professional services programs, coordinating instructors, internal teams, and client stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

This hands-on, client-facing role is not about teaching; it’s about keeping complex projects on track, building trust with enterprise clients, and driving smooth execution across multi-week, multi-cohort engagements.

Formación

• 4–8+ years in project or program management, ideally in professional services, consulting, or learning & development.
• Proven experience managing enterprise clients and acting as the primary point of contact during complex engagements
• Strong stakeholder management skills — you know how to build trust, set expectations, and have difficult conversations when needed
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you don't wait for things to break before fixing them
• Comfortable operating in live, fast-paced environments where plans shift and you need to adapt quickly
• Commercially aware — you understand scope, margins, and when to elevate
• Demonstrable experience working with AI tools and building AI-powered automations in your day-to-day work (we will assess this during the hiring process)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Translate commercial agreements into clear delivery plans with milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Organize and lead kickoff calls (internal and client-facing), set up recurring check-ins, and make sure all documentation, logistics, tooling, and communication channels are in place before a program goes live.
• Own the approval workflow for session content — ensuring outlines go out on time and client feedback loops are tight.
• Manage all program communications: scheduling emails, invites, reminders, and post-program surveys.
• Act as the operational lead during live program delivery and remove blockers for instructors.
• Monitor session pacing and quality, run client check-ins, and mitigate risks proactively.
