Formación

• 2–4 years in business operations, program coordination, finance/audit, HR ops, or eng ops.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and dashboard tools; ability to draft content for leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Pull, clean, and maintain KPI data; prepare summaries and slides for leadership reviews.
• Draft and schedule department communications; prepare talking points and FAQs.
• Maintain headcount and requisition trackers; support performance Review cycles and onboarding.
• Track budget items and actuals; assist with budgeting and vendor records.
• Coordinate quarterly planning; track OKRs and prepare status summaries.
• Coordinate audit logistics; maintain audit-ready documentation and trackers.
