Teladoc Health is seeking a Program Manager, Engineering Enablement to support the Director in running operational systems for a large engineering org. You will handle metrics, communications, staffing processes, budgeting, and audits, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, program coordination, finance/audit, HR operations, or engineering operations.
• Experience with data and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) and dashboard tools like Allstacks/Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Pull, clean, and maintain KPI data for engineering org dashboards.
• Draft and schedule department communications for leadership review.
• Maintain headcount, requisition trackers, and onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Track budget, variance summaries, and vendor contracts for leadership reference.
• Coordinate quarterly planning, OKRs, and planning retrospectives.
• Assist in audits and remediation tracking with minimal disruption.
