Job summary

EY LATAM seeks an Account Support Engagement-to-Cash Senior Associate to execute financial and operational activities with the US-based Finance team and client serving professionals. The role spans pricing, engagement code management, invoice generation, collections, and cash application while mentoring the LATAM team over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a finance role or related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerBI and SAP preferred.
• Proficiency in English; ability to liaise with US-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Engagement-to-Cash activities (pricing, code management, invoicing, collections, cash application).
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to LATAM accounts support resources.
• Collaborate with US-based Finance teams and client-serving engagement teams to ensure accurate billing and collections.
• Develop pricing plans in ERP for client engagements and finalize pricing in ERP.
• Review SOW pricing to ensure margin requirements are met and codes align to policy.
