Worley is seeking a senior automation lead for mining, lithium, oil & gas, and power projects in Argentina. You will oversee the integration of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and SIS, coordinating interfaces between plant controls and package equipment, and lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and start-up across sites.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Electronics or Automation with 10+ years in engineering consulting or EPC roles, fluent English, and strong ISA/IEC/API/ANSI/NEC/NFPA knowledge, with hands-on

Formación

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar positions within engineering consulting firms, EPC contractors, or process industries.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (advanced level).
• Strong knowledge of ISA, IEC, API, ANSI, NEC, and NFPA standards.
• Experience in instrumentation, control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA), and industrial communication architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Basic Engineering, FEED, and Detailed Engineering for Instrumentation and Control systems across mining, lithium, Oil & Gas, power generation, and industrial plants.
• Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and start-up activities; manage interfaces between plant control systems and Package Units.
• Coordinate Package Unit vendors to ensure automation, cybersecurity, and operational interface requirements.
• Develop and review automation architectures and control networks; review technical documentation and design criteria.
