Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English for technical and commercial work.
• Minimum two years experience in the energy storage sector.
• Experience in operations/maintenance or after-sales services in energy storage.
• Experience with international supply chain and overseas spare parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with energy storage EPC partners and end users for on-site commissioning and after-sales service.
• Oversee management of local service centres and strengthen the team’s service capabilities.
• Follow customs clearance for spare parts; manage warehousing, stock planning and demand.
• Collaborate with head office experts to resolve complex faults and batch failures.
