Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an EMS Maintenance Engineer to perform onsite maintenance on energy management and monitoring systems, including PLC/SCADA and server-based components. The role emphasizes diagnostics, remediation, and client-facing reporting.

The candidate should hold a 3rd level qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related discipline, with preferred experience in engineering/manufacturing settings and knowledge of EMS software platforms.

Qualifications

3rd level qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering/Computer related discipline.
Experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment is preferred.
Familiarity with Energy Management / Automation Systems and reading electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

Onsite maintenance of energy management and monitoring systems including PLC, SCADA, metering and server-based systems.
Diagnostics, troubleshooting and remediation of onsite issues.
Drafting of service reports after maintenance visits and providing remote support when needed.
Develop upgrade plans and perform system modifications/upgrades as required.
Maintain clear communication with customers and document write-ups.
