EY Argentina is seeking a GDS Ecosystem Relationship Contracts Lead Analyst to provide end-to-end operational support for ecosystem relationship contracting, renewals, and document management. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, improving turnaround times, and ensuring compliance with policies and independence mandates.

• Highly organized with program/project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to summarize issues clearly.
• Experience working with contracts and ability to evaluate changes and summarize impacts.
• Proficient with MS Word, including versioning and track changes.
• Ability to collaborate with senior onshore stakeholders across geographies.
• Experience with virtual work across multiple geographies and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contracting process management support for new ecosystem relationships, including intake, workflow coordination, documentation readiness, review tracking, and closure support.
• Provide program management support, status reporting, process governance, and timely visibility of risks, dependencies, delays, and escalation items.
• Develop, track, analyze, and report SLAs and operational metrics for contracting workflows, focusing on cycle-time reduction, quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Coordinate with Alliance Delivery Center teams, GDS RMS, GCO, Independence, and onshore stakeholders to support contracting operations.
• Proactively follow up with business teams and GCO teams in multiple countries to reduce bottlenecks and shorten review times.
• Follow time zone differences and respond flexibly to time-sensitive requests.
• Support ERMS data & contracts management/maintenance; regular reporting to Risk Management and Ecosystem Leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying bottlenecks, standardizing activities, and proposing sustainable mitigations.
• Leverage Agentic AI for automation and simplification in contracts workflows.
