EY GDS Argentina seeks a capable Contracts Lead Analyst to manage end-to-end ecosystem relationship contracting workflows. You will oversee intake, documentation readiness, review tracking, and closure across multiple jurisdictions, while driving process improvements and automation to scale operations.

The role emphasizes strong governance, risk awareness, and collaboration with Global/Local teams to ensure timely, accurate contract support in a complex, global environment.

Formación

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Admin, or Law.
• Experience with contracts operations, alliance or partner operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contracting process management for new ecosystem relationships, including intake, workflow coordination, documentation readiness, review tracking, and closure support.
• Provide program management, status reporting, governance, and timely visibility of risks and delays.
• Develop and report SLAs and operational metrics for contracting workflows to improve cycle times and quality.
• Coordinate with Alliance Delivery Center, GDS RMS, GCO, Independence, and onshore teams for seamless operations.
• Proactively follow up with business teams to reduce bottlenecks and shorten turnaround times.
